ABOUT ME

I’m Muhammed Anzil, a soft skills trainer, English literacy coach, and placement officer at a gems & jewelry institute in Malappuram, Kerala.

I help students build the communication, confidence, and industry readiness they need to get placed and succeed in the gems & jewelry sector.

I believe in practicing what I teach. Alongside coaching, I’m upskilling in digital marketing through HACA — learning SEO, social media, and content creation — and applying it directly to my own personal brand and this website.

PLACEMENT ASSISTANCE

I work closely with students to bridge the gap between classroom learning and industry readiness, refining resumes, running mock interviews, and connecting talent with the right opportunities in the gems and jewellery sector. My goal isn’t just to help someone get placed but to make sure they’re genuinely prepared to thrive once they’re there.

SOFT SKILL TRAINING

Technical skill gets you in the door — soft skills keep you in the room. I train students on communication, confidence, workplace etiquette, and interpersonal skills that translate directly into how they present themselves to employers and colleagues. It’s less about theory and more about building habits that show up in real interviews and real workdays.

ENGLISH COACHING

For many students, English isn’t just a subject; it’s the difference between being overlooked and being heard in a professional setting. My coaching focuses on practical, spoken fluency and workplace communication rather than grammar drills alone, so students walk into interviews and client conversations with real confidence.

WEB DEVELOPMENT

I’m actively building my own web development skills, currently applying what I learn to my personal website, muhammedanziltt.com. It’s less a service I offer and more a discipline I practice, in keeping with my belief that if I’m coaching others on building their professional presence, I should be doing the same work myself.

CONTENT CREATION

I create content—LinkedIn posts, visual designs, and website copy—that ties together my identity as both a practitioner and an educator in the gems and jewellery training space. The aim is always to make expertise feel accessible, not to just broadcast credentials.

SEO

SEO is part of my ongoing digital marketing upskilling rather than something I coach professionally right now. I’m learning it hands-on — through a structured course and by applying it directly to my own website — so that everything else I build (content, brand, site) actually gets found.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Soft Skills Trainer — helping students build communication, confidence, and workplace-readiness skills
  • English Literacy Coach — building English language proficiency, likely to support employability in the industry
  • Placement Officer — connecting students to job opportunities, including hands-on work like researching hiring companies (you did a deep dive on jewellery design employers across India for this)

“Practice what I teach.” That is my motivation. Since I’m a soft skill, English trainer, and placement officer, I have to teach students what’s a right fit for them, and what I honestly convey to students is to practice what I teach in order for them to do well both in academics and in interviews.

Both have their own difficulties when compared; one teaching students has to be accurate, on the other hand, calling and networking with clients is challenging.

Confidence and a winner’s mindset that says, “I won’t quit even if I get rejection on this one session.”
