I’m Muhammed Anzil, a soft skills trainer, English literacy coach, and placement officer at a gems & jewelry institute in Malappuram, Kerala.
My work sits at the intersection of three things: helping students communicate with confidence, building their English fluency for professional settings, and connecting them to real placement opportunities in the gems and jewelry industry.
What Do I Do?
Every student who walks into a classroom has technical knowledge to offer — but industry readiness is about more than that.
I coach students on workplace etiquette, interpersonal skills, and the kind of confidence that shows up in interviews and on the job, not just in theory.
Alongside that, I focus on practical, spoken English fluency, because for many students, English is the difference between being overlooked and being heard in a professional setting.
As Placement Officer, I don’t stop at preparing students—I actively work to place them, researching hiring companies across the gems and jewelry sector, refining resumes, and running mock interviews so they walk in genuinely ready, not just paper-qualified.
Practice What I Teach
That’s my guiding principle. I ask my students to build their professional presence deliberately—so I hold myself to the same standard. That’s why I’m currently upskilling in digital marketing through HACA, learning SEO, social media, and content creation, and applying every bit of it to my own personal brand: my LinkedIn presence, my content, and this website itself. It’s less a service I offer right now and more a discipline I practice in public.
Where am I headed?
I’m building toward a career that blends training, placement, and digital marketing—using what I learn in each area to make the other two stronger.
